The 1999 Trace Christmas Parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at the feed store corner and proceed west along Main Street to Depot Square.
Parade marshal Dottie Raines will lead thirty-one entries, including the Trace High School marching band, Alvin Porter's restored tractor, the Walker sisters' dance group and floats coordinated by Greta Vaughn and Paul Minor.
Main Street parking will close at 4:00 p.m. Hot cider will be served beside the depot by members of New Hope Baptist Church while supplies last.
