The Town of Trace will begin drainage repairs on East Orchard Road on Monday, September 21. The work includes replacement of two failing culverts, shoulder stabilization and repair of storm-damaged pavement between Mill Creek Road and the former packing shed entrance.
One travel lane will remain open to local traffic. Drivers should expect short delays between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Heavy trucks are asked to use the western farm route until the work is complete.
The project is funded through the town's 2025 rural infrastructure award and is expected to take twelve working days, weather permitting.
